Ditto to most of the replies.
Just spoke to Mike (Maybe ringing him might be better Mon-Fri 9-5 though)
He said.
He is having Computer trouble. Mike is also not so au feit with computers as many of us on here.

Mike Gowland. Your Flywheel is still not in stock. You could always stand on your house roof and shout to him for how far away you live.

Vee Eight. You should call him anyway, to be brought up to speed on a few things regareding the engine he put right for you.

Poeple who buy engines from Mike don't seem to have a problem, the only people who do have a problem are those who bought one from somewhere else (Usually thinking they would save a few quid) and it isn't quite what they were hoping for, then engage the service of Mike to put it right. Been there, done that, now I buy straight from Mike.

Always remember, you are buying engines for road going kit cars here, engines to race spec will set you back between £5,000 and £8000 more.

Ive rang him, and spoke to him at Donnington show, and he was great; I got the impression very quickly that it was good old fashioned service; just like John Kerr; not massively computor savvy maybe (although heaps better than JK!) and who knows; probably better for it?

I wouldnt hesitate to use him (when I finally extract my digit) and want some machining and balancing work doing.

Dave,

Do you have any idea how big my house is!

I'll have one of the household staff go up there this morning and shout in the direction of Hankelow. I doubt very much that you will be able to hear much beyong the gate house though.

Hi Carl, did you get all the paperwork to go with your engine?

Cheers Tony.
