Can't remember who they were (very famous diesel manufacturer) but had a stand at Goodwood Festival of Speed last year. Could not resist getting a pic of "BigThirsty" in front of it??

Looks like a "Paxman VP" but it's only a small one. I've just got back from a two week job in portsmouth, doing a 30,000hr overhaul on a Ruston 20RK270 onboard the seacat "speed one". It has four 20RK270 engines rated at just short of 10,000BHP @ 975 rpm each.

Thank Christ for that, It was a bit smoky when I came back on it last October, but does that thing go, love standing at the back when it's on full chat.
