RE: THAMES VALLEY MEMBERS

Can you tell me more about this event?

I live near High Wycombe, but there isn't much of a Cobra Club Area Section anymore. We use to meet up at a pub in the Mapledurham (Caversham/Reading) area with a good regular contingent of up to 12 Cobra's. It would be good to form a "Thames Valley" section for a monthly meet/cruise, etc.

Would anyone be interested?

Sime & Mark, all the details are on the regional round up & events section of this site for that particular show,

Eight to ten of have been meeting at a pub for quite a while now just off the M4 junction 11 A33 Basingstoke / Reading Road.

The Fox & Horn Stratfield Mortimer. Left or right off M4 @ this junction to-wards Basingstoke A33, turn right at the first big round-a-bout, its sign posted Statfield carry on for around 3 miles over level crossing then mini round-a-bout and the pub is on the right, big car park at the rear.

Roger the Restaurateur owner has a Crendon, it is proposed we meet on the third Sunday of every month & hopefully will be listed in Snake Torque from the next issue hope this helps regards Eric.

Ian, yes see details below, I live in Wycombe and our recent efforts are a joint venture, so the area could be self governing as it were.

The watering hole mentioned which we have been using for many months with excellent facilities that suit our needs, thanks to Roger and his wife. It's is a good location for all I think. Middx, Bucks, Berk's, Oxon, Surrey, Wilts in-fact any of you out there who wish to join us regards Eric.
