| RE: Haynes manual question relating to Rover Vitesse Howard I think you will find that the engines are all the same except the late models with the revised oil pump. It is just the fueling system that is different. :tu :tu :tu Martin :P :P

| RE: Haynes manual question relating to Rover Vitesse Hi there, I have one of these manuals and there is different supplements at the end for the Vitesse engines (ie slightly different fan's/intakes etc etc). I dont think there is anything in there for a Twin Plenum though. Marcus |

| RE: Haynes manual question relating to Rover Vitesse From memory of my Rover days a limited number of twin plenums (200) had a different cam and modified valve gear to homologate the engine for racing. If it's one of those excellent. I think the differences were solid lifters and adjustable pushrods. http://animatedgif.net/flags/-flags-uncat/Wales.gif Kev Davies Dax, 383ci Chevy Stroker, Tremec TKO South Wales

| RE: Haynes manual question relating to Rover Vitesse Contrary Mary Howard, I think you will find the RV8's are all the same, with the exception that the valve stem in the Vitesse is waisted and there is a little bit more material taken out of the head at the back side of the valve & of course injection Eric. |
