Nope, my NCD is protected.

My premium used to be about £450 a year but then I am quite young.

Bollocks, just read what I wrote, now I see what you are all saying, opppps. I meant that I had paid over the time of my Insurance period £5K, however they paid out twice, once for my little off (about £15K) and then the agreed value for the write-off (£30K).

My Son had a toy steering wheel which he used to spin furiously, making loads of go-faster noises, leaning into all the tight corners, perhaps running the government feels a bit like that. You make all the noises, but when you stop you haven't really gone anywhere.
