Classic Car Meet in Nuneaton

There is a Classic Car meet at the Griffin Inn on the B4113 in Bedworth, Nuneaton on the 1st Sunday of each month and if the weather is kind, they generally get a good turnout.
It would be good to get a number of Cobras there.
There is a large lawned area at the back of the pub where the cars (and a few bikes) park and the pub serves good food as well.
MIne won't be ready for this Sunday, but I'll likely be there on either the Harley of the Vincent, so hopefully, I may see one or two of you there.
I think the weather forecast is looking pretty good for the weekend.

Paul

Been to this a few times in the past, on a Tuesday evening IIRC. Quite a good show so might try and make it if I can, How will I recognise you Paul, red carnation and a rolled up copy of the guardian??

Hi Tony,
They meet on a Tuesday evening during the summer months, but on a Sunday lunch time at other times.
I'll be on either a black Harley Fat Boy or a Black Vincent.
For anyone else thinking about coming along, make sure you go to the right pub. It is the Griffin Inn and NOT the Griff Inn. They're only about 100 yards apart on opposite sides of the road.

Unfortunately, the weather forecast now looks less promising for the weekend, with even the possibility of snow !!

I doubt it. I don't do wet weather riding If it does snow, I'll more likely be in the Range Rover, although I doubt many people will turn up. I only live around the corner from the Griffin, so you're more than welcome to come and have a nosey at the Kirkham if you want. I'm hoping to be in a position to think about starting it this weekend.

Griffin meet

I have just taxed the Cob ready for the season. I will certainly try and get along when I can as I am only 5 minutes away. However I am out of the country quite a bit & what's the betting that it will be pi--ing down when I am here & the beast doesn't like the rain.
