Just a reminder Brighton speed trials on Saturday 13 September usually a good day but parking is a pain in Brighton :tu :tu :v

Drive along to the Marina complex and park in the very large 9 floor free car park there. About half a mile walk back along the beach to the strip, past the nudist beach!

There are brown signs around the town and on the way into town pointing towards Brighton Marina.

If you are coming into Brighton from the North (London etc) then it is much easier to avoid the town centre at the weekend. I’ve attached a quickly drawn map on how to do it.

When you approach the Marina down ramp get into the right line and enter the car park from the top, it’s signed and clear when you get here.

The red strip is the racing strip and to get to it on foot head out of the car park on the ground floor in the direction of ASDA and turn left. Then make your way along the beach path and you’ll see it in front of you, about half a mile.

Im still trying to visualise you in that xxxxxlllll very nice cobra teeshirt maybe Liz could let it out a few hems or use it as a duvet cover or failing that the fire brigade could use it as a jump sheet

I am Definately going to Brighton and may bring the cobra to speed trials. I thought the Cars were on Sunday and bikes Sat.

Speed trials are on Saturday 13 September Practise runs start at 9 timed runs from 1130 finish at 6 entry £10 (gulp) which includes paddock:f
