Holley Carb

My Carb is a Holley 750 vac secondary # 0-3310

Yesterday I went to fit a new throttle body assembly as the spindle on the vacuum side on my old one was worn and sucked air in so it whistled.

It stopped whistling as the gap filled with dirt etc.

On looking at the new part to fit, there is tons of play in the spindle - not as bad as the one on my Cobra but it certainly ain't worth swapping it over.

Why are Holley carbs so 5hite quality?

Are there any better quality options out there?

My mate has a Tiger kit car with 45 Webbers on it and there is also a distinct lack of quality with it (as they are now made in Spain)

Craig, you forgot to say that you might be fitting fuel injection soon!
