Le Mans classic door stickers - anyone interested ?

Just a thought what if you changed the wording slightly

ie instead of Le Mans put Lemons

And green and white squares cant be a trademark so should be OK on that front

Just be careful of the typeface, so long as its not the same I dont think there is an issue, but I might be wrong, hopefully one of our resident legal people will be able to advise.

Maybe a white roundel without the black circle but with black lettering, then the green and white squares in the middle might just work.

They only use a semi circle with a black surround

How about Le Classic instead of Le Mans and maybe try and incorporate the numbers 08 in the centre with the rest of the wording either side ????????
Oh and Chris' idea around the bottom.............

I would have thought that providing the font etc is changes a bit there shouldn't be too much trouble . However they are French and the law there states "...if you are Anglais, fine you"

Maybe your later suggestions would be more appropriate anyway.

Right then, just got round to having another go at a design. Any thoughts? I'm getting prices for printing tomorrow for at least one set I guess the costs would come down on a larger print run.

Maybe the centre in green? It would show off the CRC in white The others will be in the post tomorrow BTW

Not wishing to dampen anything 'cos I think it's a wicked idea, absolutely brill.
Just a thought that sprung to mind with something that Robin said.

The pistonhead guy's were getting pulled over left, right and centre 'cos they were all stickered up and the Gumball had to remove theirs. (may have been a mark of respect)

Good point Dave. I'm going to give it a go either way and take my chances. From what I've read it seems Le Plod are rather unhappy with Brits in sportscars at the best of times. A suppose a few stickers may add to the problem but they're hear me about 5 mins before they see me
