OK, so no bungalow, or production moulds, but I'd still recommend taking the top to a boat builder/repairer, probably on the shores of you nearest lake. (I found 2 of them 50 miles from me). You just want them to wax up the hood lay up a couple of layers of glass on top of it. Get them to smooth off the outside too!!

Go to the lake and ask the any man with a boat where you can get some fiberglass repair work done and get a quote. I found they love something different to work on.

Any of these guys will be able to give you a couple of layers of glass from any shape you give them...
