Finally got my exhausts!

After waiting 11 weeks for a 4 week job I finally got my car back with the exhausts 95% complete. If anyone knows me then they know the hassle I have had, and the exhausts have been no exception. :} :} :} :}

Anyway, they're just about complete and I think that they look like the dogs kahunas! :9 :P :9 :P :9 :tu :tu :tu

I sent the guy a photo of the Dax demonstrator with the interesting exhaust arrangement and I personally think that he didn't do a bad job. The header pipes are not equal length x( but I don't think that I would notice the difference. Ground clearance has not been comprimised at all since the pipes don't drop any lower than the bell housing.

Job 102 of 7694 nearly complete! :tu

RE: Finally got my exhausts!

OH! NO YOU DON'T!!!!!!!!!!
Side pipes for me every time.
But I agree that the sound of underslungs can be quite agreeable.
I find that the side pipe main silencers don't get too hot unless you're really going for it, but don't go near the collectors.
Half of the SVA mans ovrall ended up on one of mine (OOOPPS!!)
He still passed it first time though.

RE: Finally got my exhausts!

Look superb, but one question - How do you fit them through the body?
Best regards
Lindsay

RE: Finally got my exhausts!

That's the whole idea! I don't have enough room to get them out through the body so the come out underneath the chassis.

NO HOLES REQUIRED!:tu :tu :tu :tu :tu
