Simon

You spend far too much time on Ebay. Do you want to talk about it?

I suspect that they won't be SVA or noise friendly, but nice and cheap for someone who doesn't have those worries.

RE: stainless sidepipes on ebay

Being a new boy to all this Cobra lark, is it best (ie most cost effective) to fit 'standard' exhaust manifolds (ones made to a pattern for a specific engine type - mine's an RV and have pipes made to fit these, or is it best to spend £60-£70 on these e-bay pipes and then get the manifolds fabricated to fit the pipes? Basically are manifolds more expensive to fabricate than side pipes!?

Ta!

RE: stainless sidepipes on ebay

Kev

I dont have noise or SVA issues, so is it fair to say that these will fit any Cobra? Sorry for sounding 'fick, but I'm going to need a set eventually but want to make sure they are the right thing.

My car (RV8 power) is set up for underfloor pipes, but in the next 6 months I intend to change this. Might as well take up a bargain now if they are the right thing, eh?

Thanks

Simon

It looks like they are pretty universal fitting.
Obviously you'd need to get or make a set of headers to match the flange on the side pipes.
