Road legal at last!!

Collected my Tax Disc yesterday and spent the afternoon roaring around Salisbury with friends and family, followed by traditional celebrations!

Thanks to the many forum members that have helped me get to this point!

Best regards

Ian

Hi Ian,

Well done, the grin stays for a very long time!

Lovely neck of the woods you're in, if you happen to roar down Empire Road give my cousin a wave for me will you?

Ian
Well done , I was road legal on the 6th also and am having little trips now , venturing further each time.
Temperature seems a little erratic , other than that all good.

Fuel Gage seems to move a bit quick , assume it is faulty !

Good news Ian.
No last minute snags after our chat at Stoneleigh?
Don't forget there's a Horton Inn meeting tomorrow if you fancy another run out.

The weekend

Sorry unable to make Horton meet, collecting son from University in Stoke instead! 350 miles and 17.5 mpg - much better than I expected! Still cost a bl**dy fortune! And the noise - just awesome! Will try and make the next one.

Engine is now running like a dream having cured a manifold leak, re-checked tappets and made sure plug leads are on tight!

Best regards

Ian
