Well that's it done ... gone ahead and placed my order with Kirkham and lost all my "sex tokens" with the wife (apparently they have been withheld for the next couple of years). Hopefully should be with Dave Brookes, whom I'm getting to do all the "dirty hand" stuff, in the next month(ish).
Still making a decision on the engine builder but I'm 90% certain its going to be Southern Automotive. Only its a 6-8 week build so by the time its here and Dave's done his magic on the car I'm not gonner see much driving this year. Still that gives me loads of time to hand brush the Aluminium over the winter.

Nice one, I'd be surprised if you get a Kirkham in 4 weeks though; my guess is an engine from SA will be ready before the Kirkham; unless they have one almost built??

Yup ceratinly was ... although they did add an extra $1000 to cover increased costs???
