New Ford 302 Flywheel - how much?

Anyone know what I should expect to pay in the UK for a new Ford 302 Cast Flywheel?

Have been offered one for around the £100 mark, how does that sound?

Cheers

Hi Andy, I have seen a fly wheel on the for sale section I seem to remember for only £60. I think you only needed to fit the gear which is not that hard to do.

RE: New Ford 302 Flywheel - how much?

Simon,

Nope, not yet....
Engine has been delayed till Feb (no big shakes as my garage still has no roof!) So Im waiting on the flywheel. Ive been told it depends on the Gearbox i choose as to how many teeth are required on the flywheel, So ill probably wait until that decision is made. (seen a TR 3550 on ebay that comes in at approx.£850 with all fees less shipping))

The chap importing my engine is Adrain who advertises in the back of Snake torque, he also can get Flywheels and thats where Id go, very helpful guy.

Andy not sure if you'd be interested but I have a brand new T5 for sale (still in the crate) a 164 tooth steel ford flywheel, and a McLeod 11inch clutch and clutch cover plate (used for only 400 miles)
Let me know if they'd be any interest to you.

Fair enough, if you hear of anyone who's after a T5, perhaps you'd give me a shout. It's over £1200 in the real steel catalogue and I'm only after £500. (and £150 for the flywheel, clutch and cover)

Not sure about the ratios (if you can tell me how I check, I will) I bought it from a guy who bought it from real steel! It is new/unused and still crated)
