RE: New Forums Required

I totally agree.

Rob this forum needs an enema!! Clear out all the old rubbish and lets get back to the way it was when I joined a couple of years ago.

Ive even got a network link put into my new garage so I dont drag oily footprints into the house! Such do I value the advice given here.

Cheers

Andy

RE: New Forums Required

Hi Guys,

I did not realise that there are so many members who feel as strongly about this issue as I do. Glad to hear it!!:tu :tu

It would appear at least there are a few people, who I can meet and converse with on a similar level! Hope to do that soon (when the engine has been rebuilt(again)x(

Dont get me wrong,I enjoy good humored banter, Louises' jokes (sometimes), especially when they are funny {-} and do not mind at all, addressing contentious issues, providing its conducted in a civil and logical manner}(.

I respect peoples right to freedom of speech, but there is a time and place, for all things - lets make sure that our threads do not bring the CRC's very good reputation into disripute.

OK I'm getting off the moral high ground now.

Cant make Exeter myself, but those who can, have a great time.

Cheers :tu

RE: New Forums Required

Well said David. I have had enough and am going to give the site a one month break.

Rob, I am truly sorry all your good work is being dragged into the gutter

RE: New Forums Required

Couldn't agree more David,

You have said it all really without adding to the subject.

Sad really the way some people behave when they hide behind the web site.

Presumably they wouldn't behave like this towards other members if they were face to face with them.

I'm sure many potential visitors to the site are put off by the sort of loutish behaviour that seems to manifest itself, every now & again.

I only visit the site every now & again for the reasons you mention & I'm sure there are many others who feel the same.
