RE: Fire Extinguisher Systems

Having said "Yes please, I'll have a 4 litre one", I thought to myself, "I hope it will fit in my Sumo". So armed with an empty 2 litre plastic water bottle and some bubble wrap I made a 150mm diameter sausage which seems to fit under the front edge of the bonnet and the top of the front upper chassis cross bar (between the bonnet hinges). So Phew! It will fit.

RE: Fire Extinguisher Systems

Further information for those interested, we will be going for the SPA system as I already have 5 orders for it. I have had some further talks with them and managed to get a further reduction on one of the systems.

MFM400S - steel 4 litre bottle, 6 nozzle system - £157.35 +vat
MFM400A - ally 4 litre, 6 nozzle system - £205.05 +vat
LWM50 - 2.25 litre ally bottle, 2 nozzle system - £146.79 +vat

Originally I was not at all impressed with the quote on the MSM400S system as it was cheaper on there web site but I have now got them down to £121.85 + vat. only thing is we need to order a min of 10 complete systems. As said we are up to 5 so far and I am pretty sure of another 3 so just 2 more and we can get them at that price.

As said if you are interested drop me an Email at : ac_car_tinker&ntlworld.com

If any one sent me an Email last night I will have lost it as my computer crashed big style so can you post again.:sm

RE: Fire Extinguisher Systems

One last chance for anyone else who might be interested, I have the numbers I need, so once I have the money, will be placing the order so If you are interested and have not been in contact, you had better hurry or it will be too late.

Cheers and thanks Martin :tu :tu :tu :tu
