Did I break your lights??????

Were you at Detling with a Navy GD and got home to find your fog and reversing lights bust?If so you may have noticed a business card under your wipers. If not I'm owning up.
Very very sorry I backed into them.I told a number of people, thanks Gumball, and waited around. When I returned you'd gone.I bought a pair(exactly the same) at the show.If you e-mail me your address I'll post them to you.I had a good look and am sure the lights in the nudge bar were the only damage.I didnt take the reg so I cant try and trace you,but I know if it happened to me I hope the perp' would own up.If anyone knows the car feel free to post here or abuse me by e-mail.

My Son had a toy steering wheel which he used to spin furiously, making loads of go-faster noises, leaning into all the tight corners, perhaps running the government feels a bit like that. You make all the noises, but when you stop you haven't really gone anywhere.

RE: Did I break your lights??????

Steve,

You're a gentleman and a scholar. Yes the GD is mine and as you can imagine I was a bit brassed off when I found the broken lights. I picked up the business card but barely gave it a second glance as we are all used to finding things tucked under our wipers and I was loaded down with purchases and a bacon bagette! I considered going back into the show for replacements but the weather was threatening and I didn't want to fit the hood so I left. It wasn't until I was on the motorway that I remembered the card and realised that it might contain a 'confession'. However I couldn't find it anywhere.
Any way I do appreciate your honesty and will e-mail you my address.
As Peter Jones says "Top bloke".:tu :tu :tu

Best regards
