Local Meets

Surely I am not the only person in or around Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire with a Cobra. Am I right in thinking there don't seem to be any local meets within a 50 mile radius of Hertfordshire ?

There are a few of us about,but since the last rep moved to Norfolk we have been without a meeting point.I thought about going down to the Essex meet but it keeps falling on days when I'm otherwise engaged.Must be someone with the time to be our rep????.Sorry not me,if I took on anymore organizing jobs my life would'nt be worth living.

If there's anyone in the cambridge area with a cob i'd love to meet up! I'm an engineering student here with an RV8 in my garage at home thats ready to be stripped down this summer. I'm going through exam hell at the mo though but i'd love to meet up n chat with any cobra (particularly RV8 powered) owners once there over. Only prob with being a student is my 'cobra' is gonna be a long time in the making! Oh well - at least i have the engine to play with!

Attached is a pic of the engine at the mo...anyone want to put a parts list and price on getting it up to 250bhp? (it's currently a 3.5l)

Hi Jon,
I'm in St.Neots Cambs, I'm running a 20 year old Dax with an RV8 + T5 + Jag suspension.
More than happy to talk Cobras to anyone!!!!!!!!
Area meet used to be at the Crown + Cushion, Great Gransden, but the rep moved on and no-one appears to want to take up the baton, as it were.
