SVA Guidelines Book - URGENT URGENT

OK, who is prepared to send me the SVA manual, so I can scan it in and post it on our website.

I am fed up with the round of phone calls and emails without getting anywhere with our wonderful Labour government.

I will scan it all in and then send them a letter detailing what I have done and that I have displayed a "copywright aproval applied for" over the text and wait for them to either ask me to take it off or give me approval, for a fee of course as they love their pound of flesh.

My Son had a toy steering wheel which he used to spin furiously, making loads of go-faster noises, leaning into all the tight corners, perhaps running the government feels a bit like that. You make all the noises, but when you stop you haven't really gone anywhere.

I have a pdf I was sent, I'm not sure if it's the actual SVA manual or a guide as I've never seen the manual, it's too big to post here so perhaps you could send me your email address and I'll mail it to you so you can see what it is I've got?
