Please let us know your reg number and I'll look out for you when I'm there. If you don't want everyone to know your reg then you could send it me via private e-mail. I would like to put a face to everyone that I have spoken to in here. Regards Vince@gledhill.info |

| RE: Stoneleigh in your cob anyone? That will be the 5th/6th of May? The National show that's Only 3 weeks away? I don't think I'll have the Sumo finished by then (Unless Dave The Pro fancy's a Holiday in my garage }> ) And I guess it would be a bit lonely standing in the other carpark next to my old Escort I'm hoping 'Sid' (The kids (Partner & Daughter) named it not me!) to make his debute appearance at the Sportscar festival @ Brooklands - It's mostly downhill from my place so I could probably roll there Rob - I spotted your car at detling and noticed one flaw, No steering wheel... Now how do you expect a thief to be able to drive that with out crashing it!! Is it simply a detachable boss? does the SVA like it? Is it simply a detachable boss? does the SVA like >it? :7 It is a raid Snap-Off Fitment, and each one is slightly different as there are 3 lugs which engage and then 2 side bits which lock into place, so a bit more than a detachable boss. They SVA people were fine about it, as there is no real way you can drive off without a steering wheel!! Robert Forum Admin http://www.cobraclub.com/flags/UK.gif

| RE: Stoneleigh in your cob anyone? My query re: the SVA was more about them complaining - it may 'Snap-off' whilst driving? Where can they be obtained? Does fitment rely on a certain type of column.. Can't quite remember but did you column have the switch stalks? Dan 'Were all these nuts used before' Man www.cobra.kitcar.btinternet.co.uk |
