Cobra Concours/Events in 2004

Am new to the Cobra scene and would like to attend a significant event over the next few months or so.

Can anyone inform me when the major national (or large regional) events are...or have I missed them?!

If you were to fill in your personal profile it might help, then people would have an idea what part of the country you are in. There are Regional events all over the country and the kit car shows are all in the Kit mags. Rockingham is next Sunday.

I'm Hertfordshire based but will happily travel to wherever there's a big event. Are there not one or two annual 'main events', like a National Concours for example?

Unfortunately you have only just missed the main event of the year which is Stonleigh. Like I said though there is an event going on this Sunday at Rockingham, and hopefully there should be in the region of 70 Cobras there. For more info if you intend going there are several posts on the forum about it as it is now the National Club day.

As Martin already said, the National Cobra Club meet is at Rockingham next Sunday. See earlier posts for tickets details £10 if you pre book by phone or £25 if you don't.
Not really a concourse but a gathering of like minded friends.
Still places available on the posing lap (sorry parade lap)

Parade lap's now full but would like some reserves especially for the 2 drivers parade laps. Sorry but until I have a couple of reserves for this, I will be taking NO RESERVE BOOKINGS for the other lap as it is really important that we fill this prestigious slot. If you are prepared to be a reserve for this and are not called upon to do it I can guarantee that you will be able to do the other 40 car parade lap event.
