I would love to meet up with people in Leicester/area who own cobras... Just to have a look at their cars (finished or not!)

Im starting mine at the moment... Moral support always useful!

A lot of us EMids lot are off to Rockingham on Sun.

I can't tell you much about building Cobs cuz I bought mine fully built
but there are several around at varius build stages.

What sort do you have/are building?

Ive litterally just started a sumo build...

When I mean litterally... I mean last week!!

I still have an empty garage at the moment... Shipment arrives in a few weeks I think!

Would like to meet up with people to see theirs though!

I live in Leicester (clarendon park area) - Actually the car is going to be built in Norfolk... LONG STORY! Will tell all when/if we meet up!

Yes I know you have never heard of Metaline!!

TonyM is working on a nice Sumo in the Leicester area so he
may be able to offer some advice.

There is a regular meeting on one Sunday of each month
where quite a few cars turn up.

Tinka should be able to fill you in

Hi Ben, Welcome to the mad house and I hope you will come along to some of the Regional Meets which are on the third Sunday of the month. The next one is at Newark Kit car show, so you will be able to kill 2 birds with one stone and start getting used to that feeling of spend, spend, spend

There are 2 members who come to the meet regularly both of which have just finished their Sumo builds and got them registered in the last couple of months, so there you should be able to get plenty of advice from both of them.

If you can come to Rockingham please do you are entitled to the discounted tickets and at present if you come and meet us in the morning at 8:30am at the Hilton Hotel in Corby there might be 2 tickets for sale which were bought in duplicate by both parties.

Drop me an Email and I will sent you our Itinerary for the year along with the last news letter.
