Re: chevy 383 stroker

Comp Cams dual profile hydraulic roller 12-423-8, retro fit for non roller cam blocks, rollers are a piece of art, a bit expensive though.
Looking for 420HP plus, running with an EFI setup so should stabilize the idle a bit (though the guys in US would think this cam was mild) Dyno2000 has setup @ an optimistic 480HP
224/230 @ 0.050" .502/.510 lift, 110 LSA

AFR 195cc heads, Accel MPFI single plane intake, 10.2CR, forged crank/pistons and H beam rods

Re: chevy 383 stroker

I had a cam supplied by Lazer cams in the states; which was specially made up for me and returns a true 420 bhp and 450 ft/lbs torque. (tested on a english dyno!!). Runs really smooth throughout the rev range. (even the wife can drive it.)
If your interested contact me and I`ll put you in touch with their English supplier.
Paul
