I have the two clips at either side of the hood that clamp the side of the screen, but the metal bar that runs inside the front of the hood is in two pieces - am I missing parts or clips to hold it down in the centre or join the two steel halves? | Pat
There is a gap in the middle top of the screen, and there is a lug in the middle of the hood bows that fix to the screen. Place one side of the hood bows in the middle of the screen (you need to push it in and then pull it down to the clips and the lug will slide back into the middle of the screen and hold it in place. Do the same thing for the other side.
Any problems or if you want a demo, give me a buzz and I can pop in on my way home from work.
