| its gone floppy!!! hi people, i need your help again. i went to fit my clutch cable (cobra clutch kit on a ford 302) only to find that the arm the cable attatches to doesn't engage the clutch. there's about 4 inches of loose movement and nothing happens. is there a spring inside that might have come off. as you can guess i know nothing about clutches. mark      |

| Re: its gone floppy!!! My guess would be that the clutch arm has become detatched from the release bearing. You may be able to sort it without removing the gearbox but I wouldn't bet on it.
