| DVLA Chelmsford - What Wonderful People I went to the Chelmsford branch to have my inspection at 11.00am, arrived early and was told they would do it there and then. Inspection over with I handed over my receipts, certificate of newness and insurance certificate to the lady behind the counter. She then said we'll ring you tomorrow if we get them signed and you can pick up your tax etc. Blow me, 12.30 today I get a call to say it's all done and dusted. Now I'm really road legal. Big thanks to the staff at Chelmsford       |
