I joined the CRC 15 years ago when our car was completed and when I come on the website it is mostly GD, DAX and Pilgrim (with apologies to those Ihave not mentioned such as AK and Crendon) and I just wondered how many 289 members there are. I am pleased to see you have sent me the new 289 register site.......I was also a member of the 289 register but I guess it sort of fell apart. David

| Re: 289 Cobras - Are you out there? Yep 289 register is up and running, members getting back to 70+, smaller than CC but I enjoy being a member of both. Both clubs offer a lot of value!!!. I tink most members are in both clubs. A question for Rob, do you think the CC are going to produce a member list, back in 1989 or 1990, the list of members was printed with name and cobra type, very useful when trying to resolve problems. I think the car also had donor, engine, etc. details. John. |

| Re: 289 Cobras - Are you out there? I bought a BRA 289 back in October 1987.....had it on the road last year and now re-building chassis, body etc...by the time I'm finished it should look more like a 289 than a BRA. |
