Re: Viper Anyone?

Good old Osgood is their biggest fan, maybe he should get his hands in his pockets and put his money where his mouth is.

It is not an enviromentally friendly kit though, It's got more steel in it than the Forth bridge.

Re: Viper Anyone?

Yes, I'm building one.

Hard work but I think the end result will compare to most others.

Cheers

Re: Viper Anyone?

Yes i am also building one

As with all the kits it is as good or as bad as you make it.

As is evident there is no manufacturer involved so attempt this kit and your'e on your own
but that said it can be made into a very good kit.

Re: Viper Anyone?

I too am building a Viper and there are good things as well as bad things to be said about it.

Didn't Bob Busbridge of Cobretti win his court case against Ken Cook of Classic Replicas?
I am not saying that it is the previous owner of Classic Replicas who is selling this stuff but if I am correct then wouldn't the new owner not be able to sell the kits?

Anyway, Classic Replicas Viper owners could speak with Bob Busbridge about problems with their kits as they are just about the same and he (I believe) is willing to help out if he can). Alternatively they can ask me or any other Viper owner/builder on the forum (I don't bite!)

Hope this helps...

Re: Viper Anyone?

Having posed some questions to the ebay seller, like "Where are you situated" the response has come back "Northwich, Cheshire"

Funnily enough that's where Adrian Percival comes from...

2 + 2 = ?
