Hi Everyone

This is the first of many messgaes I will be putting out, i.e. I just bought an unstarted Dax kit off ebay, & now comes the hard work & empty pockets.

I may extended the transmission tunnel as I am quiet tall & its better to do it now than later, is their anyone out their that has done this mod, the welding is no problem, but the fibreglass work has got to be spot on, & add a further 2"

Hi John.
Dax offer an extended footwell in their bodies to accomodate taller drivers as an option. It is possible to do this yourself.
Give me a call or pop back in and I'll show you an extended footwell / tell you what needs to be done.

Hi Pat.
I got the car back, had a check around and topped up the trans. oil , did some road testing and everything is OK.
The rad. fan packed up as well, aparently Pacet have had a "Bad batch" or something so that's now changed and the car is almost ready to go back home.

Good to hear, If he lives that near to me wood you mind passing my number on to him ,see if i can get him out for a spin....no meets in n/w London...
