Thumbnail Attachment

How do I attach a thunmnail to a forum posting? I have successfully attached a picture but can not find any help for attaching a thumbnail - I'm sure it's very easy and documented somewhere, but I can't find it.

Re: Thumbnail Attachment

Click Manage attachments, browse to your picture and upload.

This will upload the image exactly the size it is on your PC. When you submit the post, the image will appear as a thumbnail at the bottom of the thread, as on this post, then the user can click through to see it full size.

Re: Thumbnail Attachment

You can also display the picture in the post itself by clicking the 'postcard' type button (mountain and sun picture)

and pasting the URL of the image into it. For the thumbnail to work properly you will need to make sure the image is a popular file format or Robs image thumbnailer will struggle to resize it. (JPG, JPEG & GIF perhaps BMP but probably not)
