V12 Rev Counter

In my Dax I have a rev counter that is only measuring for 8 cylinders. My Dax is a V12 so the reading is wrong. Does anyone know of a place where it could be recalibrated for the V12 engine?

Thanks

Chris Mann

Re: V12 Rev Counter

A recent Snake Torque had an article on altering the circuit board on rev counters. It was only a matter of changing a resistor and there was a formula for calculating what you needed although it didn't show it for 12 cyls I'm sure the formula would work.

Alternatively I have a spare Jaguar 12 cyl rev counter and I think Speedy Cables, in South Wales can put a different dial on(you probably dont want the warning lights) and sva compliant bezel if you require one.
