Re: Exhaust headers Thanks folks, Looks like Osgood's contact may prove useful. I've also been given the name "Atlas" based in the Oldham area and was told they do 42mm bends (1-5/8"). When I get the number I'll post it. I'm still doing underslung pipes despite everyone trying to convice me otherwise Thanks again Rich

Re: Exhaust headers Osgood, I've a plan..................... I've fabricated 2 off 40mm x 125mm box sections out of 1.2mm 304 stainless, they run under the chassis and don't hang much lower than the lower wishbone mounts on the front suspension, and give a greater cross sectional area than 3" tube. I'm also making my own petrol tank so I should be able to tuck the Edelbrock silencers up out the way. I've also got a couple of temporary baffles that go in the box section if required for SVA, just in case. I'll post some pics if it works, if not I'll keep quiet and pretend it did anyway! Cheers Rich

Re: Exhaust headers Rich, you are obviously okay on fabrication then & have plenty of room maybe to go above the axle. The problem I had with under-slung was rear pipes ran below the jaguar axle and even on a steady dip on a motorway the arse end dips down with the wife on board and a full tank of gas Have put a couple of pictures up of my new side pipes and another Viper that is under construction with 4 primaries so he had to get Mike to make them up coming out under the chassis as there is no room in this kit for errors or 4 pipes!! The workmanship is excellent and extremely reasonable priced. All my lot including 8 mini cotton reals postage etc apart from the extrusion plates which I made myself was £461:00, best of luck and yes would like to see some pictures when finished Osgood:angel:
