Is this going to cause me a problem?

Just got my bits back from the blast cleaners (wow they look good!) and Ive noticed they have blasted the normally smooth portion of the upper wishbone shaft, picture of blasted part attached.

Its now got quite a keyed surface, is this a problem, will it knacker my new bushes? Worst comes to worst I could buy new ones but I dont want to!

Many Thanks for the opinions.

Cheers

Re: Is this going to cause me a problem?

Personally as the bushing has a metal insert in the middle of it I would have thought it would be fine. :-}

Andy,

Can you upload a slightly smaller image next time, that one took for ever to load, and filled the whole screen

Re: Is this going to cause me a problem?

I thought that too, but these parts were blasted last Thursday, left on an open shelf in a drafty barn and still looked good on Monday. Blaster said thats becasue quality of material is good, new stuff rusts quickly, the old does not?!?

Cheers
