which thermostat

Looking at getting a high flow stat,for my 350 but there are 3 temperature ranges 160/180/195 f. Which should I go for?

For a good functionality of an engine you should use the 180 F = 82 C the other two options are not for standard road use.
You need to check also the radiator or expansion tank pressure cap, because there is a relation there. It is the pressure, temperature relation of water.
15 PSI is a normal selection in conjunction with 180 F.

Summit Racing supplied my thermostat and expansion tank cap to match. 180F (82C) and 14 psi seems to work O.K. for me.
