got a prob

Hi lads got a problem with the starter motor I think! Press the button nothing happens amp has a massif discharge don’t think it is locked in as their is no sound help please.

Dusty,

1. Check that your battery is A OK & you have no blown fuse on the starting circuit.

2. As Robin suggests are you getting any response from the starter eg a noise to indicate that the solenoid is pulling in? If yes, check that the starter is not jammed in the ring gear on the flywheel. If no, then you need to run some electrical checks.

If you can give us some more info we may be able to delve deeper.
