advices needed for future owner

all, hi
i've seen a good looking replica for sale on e bay.i know it's not the best way to find a nice built and reliable ac cob. replica, but this one looks interesting.
i know a few about well know manufacturer such DAX, PLIGRIM, AK, GD, but i do not have a good idea about MAGNUM replica.
this car (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/AWESOME-AC-Cob...QQcmdZViewItem) is suppose to be a factory built, but what about MAGNUM standard, compared to DB for example?
what about road holding and chassis?
is it the best value i can get in a range of 20.000£ ?
if anyone can helps or advise me on what would be best ...
regards
antonio

Re: advices needed for future owner

I think I saw you post before that you require a car over 25 years old or something to get it registered properly in France. Be aware that although this add says 1967 this will only refer to the age indicated by the reg plate and possibly the date the donor vehicle was built. If this is the basis of your interest you need to make some more enquiries to avoid disappointment. This car's present owner frequents this site occasionally so you might like to do a search for more information.

Re: advices needed for future owner

hi
thanks for answering
seller told me the car was registered as "asys 1967 ford" .UK register rules are a bit complicated for me, but i think this car was registered from donnor registration. (does it make sense?)
it would be easier for me to buy a +25 years old car, but if i don't find anything good, i'll buy a uk registered and drive it like that in france . i've heard some people using their TVR or other like that.
what do you think about this MAGNUM? what do you know about road holding aptitude, standard of build?
sorry for my english, but i'll do my best!
antonio
