Your right. The different bits each side are.

Top and bottom wishbones,
Upright,
Steering arm,
Brake shield plate (if you use it)

The only bits the same will be the hub and the bearings.

Unless you really want to get new aluminium callipers most places will be after your old callipers to recondition.
