SVA postponed due to VOSA station being understaffed

Hi all,

Just had my test date postponed due to understaffing at the VOSA station. Rescheduled for the 27th of March.

Oh well, another month to have a look over the car and try and get everything right.

Colin, disappointing for you to say the least! I'm having the same problem down south, It takes 10 calls or more to get an answer and then the person I want to speak to isn't there. Seems staffing is an issue here as well.

Did you get the book OK?

regards

Hi Nobby,

Yes, I got the book and many thanks for that. I've been snowed under at work so apologies for not getting back to you.

Yes, a bit frustrating but as I won't be driving my car until the summer I can wait. I'll have longer to try and get it right.

Sorry to hear that Colin, but at least you aren't missing any decent driving weather just yet.

Hi Colin, " very frustrating " to have to extend test date for those reasons, why dont you try to get car and paperwork checked by DVLA while you are waiting, could save sometime. Andy

Hey thats an idea, will they look at it first? Obviously they will need the SVA but I guess they could get everything else out of the way bar the motor vehicle certificate.
