Car Registered at Last!

Foks,

It's registered! Finally got the tax disc today. Car is registered as a 2007 Dax De Dion Tojeiro!

Put 30 miles on it this evening just flying about the Banchory area. Absolutely fantastic! Driving will be short lived as I'm stripping her down to send her to the paint shop on the weekend.

Hopefully have her back for end of May.

Thanks again to all for the help with my car during the build, with the SVA and the registration.

I'm really looking forward to Silverstone now!!!!

Excellent news Bogster, it's a quality built car you've done there, well worth all the hard work.

Will done Bogster,I will look forward to meeting you and your car at silverstone!!

Shame you have to strip it down again,I would leave it a year for the body and grp to seatle, then get it painted.

And you just glued in the carpets.

The body has had 1 1/2 years to settle I can't wait any longer. LOL She must be finished for Silverstone.

And you just glued in the carpets.
Carpet is only fitted temporarily with a small amount of glue. It will come out no problem. Most of the carpeting is on wooden panels that I made to fit the interior, its only the floorpan edges that are glued on and these can easily be masked off by the paint shop.
