Holley Street Avenger?

I'm considering replacing my old Holley with a Street Avenger. I'd like to get some feedback (good/bad) from anyone who's using one, before I commit.
Thanks,
Phil

Hi Phil,
I've been using a Street Avenger on my Ford 302 for over a year. It is ideal for my engine/setup. 260 bhp & 300 lb/ft torque and Edelbrock Performer head. Road use only but great acceleration and around 20 mpg. Ran slightly rich to start but set up better now. Also no problems with the electric choke. Starts first turn hot or cold.

The one on my old hawk was fine too, although the leccy choke gave up the ghost before I even got the car!!

I have fitted one to my 350 Chevy, started first time after engine re-build. Wet flow testing at their factory seems to give a pretty good setup to start from.

Cheers
John

Replaced my standard 600 holley for a street avenger a few months back, disconnected the choke, dont need them anyway, and its way better, cant fault it.
