Radiator cap - Pressure Rating?

I run a mildly tuned Ford 302 and was wondering what pressure rating the radiator cap on my header tank should be. The one I am currently using is rated at 13 lbs. and the thermostat gasket has blown. I am now wondering if this is too high and should I be using one of say 7 - 8 lbs?
Any suggestions would be welcomed.
Thanks.

The norm as far as I know is 15lb at least that is what I run on a mildly tuned 351W and the same with my old RV8. HTH

I have a 302 and my cap is 9 lbs. Been running this for 4 years no problem.

Cheers

Thanks guys, I've replaced the gasket and fitted a 9lb cap. The thermostat cover was slightly warped so I'll order a new one and once fitted see how I get on.
