| Hi Richard, In the UK you wouldn't sit the seats on runners, as it would cause an SVA failure due to the height of the seats in relation to the seatbelt top mountings. I don't know what the rules are in New Zealand, but probably similar. I bolted my AK made seats to the floor pan, but you need to cut a steel plate to sandwich between the bolts and thefibre glass seat, so that the fibre glass is sandwiched between the steel plate and the floor pan. This is to strengthen the seat and stop it breaking in an accident. Hope that makes sense ? BR Mark |
