Bumpers / Overriders / Roll Hoop

Hi everyone. I'm new to the forum and this is my first post - a bit of a strange question though you may think.... We have an Autokraft AC Cobra in and the owner has asked us to have the roll hoop and overriders re-chromed.... Can anyone shed some light on removing these before I get stuck in? Any help very much appreciated.

A really big hammer will do the job. Otherwise let my two year old nephew play with it for half an hour

Thank you Mark! He's more than welcome to have a go! I've still yet to tackle it. Rear bumper and roll hoop very simple. The front bumper though looks difficult. I can't see how you can separate the overriders from the bumper and to get to the bumper mountings, it looks like you have to remove the radiator....
