Fit some blank grommets in the holes with silicone which will peel off after the SVA.

As for Chris' signature, I'm thinking on the lines of Prince and Purple Rain at the moment !!

Yes, it's a valid suggestion, bit I've been told that if the over-riders are not fitted, the holes have to have a rounded edge on them which would reveal the gel coat.

If I can can get away with glueing some edging on I would prefer it, assuming it would be passed by the tester.

Don't drill the holes until after the SVA then

Ahhhhh, my mistake, but it is still under construction.

I've got to finish the wiring in the cockpit and make the interior panels. Then I've got to make and fit the carpets, then I've got to change to engine management system to the Megasquirt system I've bought. I've also got to fit the header tank and pipe it up.

In my book that's still under construction, by the way, I'm cadging a lift to LeMans with Tinka.

Cheers
