Yep they are the pair. Here is the frame you should be looking at and the text is for the Reverse Baulk Plate adjustment.

Just found this with pictures. Make sure your pop up blocker is enabled.


The World of the Rover SD1 made by Rene Winters from the Netherlands

Click on gearboxes at the top above the SD1 pic and then select LT77 pt5.

Scroll down to the 'Reverse Baulk Plate' section.

This shows exactly what is involved.
