Borg Warner Super T10.

Hi guys, just a quick one!

Any pointers as to where I may obtain an input bearing retainer gasket for my BW Super T10 in the UK please?

Cheers

May have to go for that, but it would be nice to have the correct gasket. I have a home made gasket but I don't know how critical the thickness will be. Did make it the same thickness as a gasket for an early BW T5.

The gasket thickness is not critical, I am running a super T10 with a big block, 'S' Ratios with a 2.88 rear end, works real nice. No overdrive and present engine limited to 5,000 RPM.
Building new lump which should be good for 7,000 RPM, just hope box can take it.

What have you done to bring gear lever forward ?, I managed to modify shifter plate so that lever almost touches dash in 1st and fourth.

Brgds

Cheers Mark,

Done nothing with the shifter as yet. I have a straight, flat profile Mr Gasket shifter which I intend to cut and drill so that an after market forward swept lever can be used. The current location is within 1/2 inch of my original RV8 with LT77 setup so I will see what needs doing once I put the dash and tunnel back in.
