| I did remove the plastic cover from the end of the servo pushrod. Couldn't see a need for it and it got in the way so I pulled it off. Craig.

| Cheers Craig I've tested the valve and it's definitely on the right way but I'll have to wait until tomorrow for a willing helper (Her indoors) to apply the brake. Thanks again Warren

| I'm not sure any of the above really explains why it would go to the floor the first time and then bite firmly though, and then do the same again next time you use the brakes. It sounds almost as if fluid is being removed from the system whilst the brakes are not being used and requires pumping to get the additional fluid into the master before the brakes bite. That in turn sounds like there might be air in the system otherwise it wouldn't happen as all that would be sucked back would be fluid unless a vacuum is being created in the system somewhere. Jon

| Warren, your frame which holds your pedals should be bolted to the chassis through the bottom brace. It may not solve your current problem but it stops the frame moving. |

| Chris, That was our view - which all makes complete sense - only it don't work like that apparently!! I can't explain what the arrow is intended to denote, but what I can categorically tell you is that pointing towards the manifold = no brakes, pointing towards servo = stopping very rapidly!! Jon
