I was given this site by GD if you go to ebay motors and enter Pick-A-Part its in Cleveland Ohio, they put kits together for hot rods etc,I paid £2100
for mine which included the box, loom etc. They will see to shipping, mine cost £469 that included all charges, VAT duty etc,I then had to pay the shipping company at Dartford a fee of £60 on collection. Hope this is of use to you if you need anymore information send me a PM, all the best Tony.

I've a pile of stuff for sale including the harness and the '98 ECU you need to go with it. Details on Chevy LS1/6 garage clearout

I bought the harness from summit (Painless Wiring 60506 - Painless Performance Fuel Injection Harnesses - summitracing.com) but had a change of mind and went for a slightly bigger engine (that I've still yet to fit!)

I could do you a good deal for the harness & ecu (being a fellow GD'er and all ) Drop me a PM with an offer if you're interested.
