Unhappy carb calibration ,,

hi every one,help needed,im runing a webber 44 idf on my 3.5 rover eng,the problem is the carb has been jetted for off road hill climbing,[largest jet sizes used to fire it up hill quicker i guess!] problem i have is finding out the correct jets to use. viewed all relevent web sites but no available info,the car runs ok but has a reoccuring missfire problem went i pull away.above 2000 rpm it runs fine!!.[although very juicey!!]has anybody got the knowledge as to the correct size jets required?[ive checked ignition system and this seems fine,pretty sure problem lies with carb calibration ie,mixture far to rich].has anyone got the new webber tunning book?as this has the required info! the following jets are currently being used: main jets 90 f5, idle jets 55, emulsion tube f7 with 195 jet, accelerator pump jet 60 .any help would be much appreciated thanks..
